Install or Bad H/U?

I just installed my Eclipse CD8445 the other day. I was messing with the settings and realized the Fader is controlling the Balance and vice versa. So it messes up the Time Alignment and all the advanced options. Is there something wrong with the install, or is it a bad h/u? Thanks

I've never seen a head unit with that particular problem, so I'm guessing it's the install.

Thanks guys. I was fiddling with it last night and realized the driver's side rear speaker wasn't working either. I suppose that's what I get for going through Auto Toys. They'll be fixing it next week.

bad install, but should be a simple fix...sounds like the RCAs or speaker leads are just connected in the wrong spots.
