Install HU but cant get any Sound? WTF?

Ok i Installed a New HU (Panasonic) into my wifes VW everything seems to be working fine but i cant get any Sound to the Speakers.....Not Muted, Volume Up....

Im at a loss i dont know what can be wrong?

Any Suggestions?

yes factory amp probably not turning on. did you have the monsoon system in the dub?

take it out and make sure no wires are touching

lol i forgot to put that, its an 82 Rabbit All Wires Go Directly to the Speakers, Fresh Wires to all the speakers.

check your speaker wires going to the speakers, make sure nothing is grounded out.

Does your HU have an option to tunr off the HUamp. If so make sure u got it turned oin

Figured it out, one of the Rear Speakers Got Damaged and the Wiring was shorting out on itself.....
