I think that depends on your amp power more than anything else because Infinity subs dont like more power than they're RMS rated to handle, which is 350w.
(Ignore the 1,400w peak number they list. They will blow above about 400w or so.)

If that 350w per channel (or 700w 2ohms mono) is what your amp puts out, the Infinty subs would probably sound better than the Kickers.

this is a myth... the referance series will take double their rms daily on music. I'm running an mtx 1501d to one at 2 ohms... yes i'm careful but it still getting 600+ at times.

Their rms is 300, not 350, unless you want the 1250's

i have a cvr 12" in a sealed box with 400 going to it and its asking for more. My vote: go with the CVR's!

my first subs were infinity reference and i loved them. you wouldnt believe how loud those two 12's were for the price i got them. i say get the infinity's for sure 100% and you will be satisifed. and that's a great price too. They are very reliable subs too theyve been sold and moved around about 6 or 7 times and have been in many different applications and they keep pounding

yeah true,im giving 400 rms to a 1040 ref. rated to take 250 and it takes it very well

yeah i don't trust buying subs of ebay,no warranty that is why i was looking at crutchfield. best buy wouldn't even match or beat that price.

I had some infinity kappa 12's a while back, I loved the way they sounded. Ive really been considering buying the two kappa perfects from crutchfield.
