Indoaudio sent me a defective amp (avionixx 4 channel, one of the channels didnt work.), ive been going around with them for more than two months trying to get my money back,, i bought a four channel amp in the meantime, so now i need a mono amp, and i would liek to buy a visonik, but i might have to get something that they sell if they dont give me my money back, like a bx1800d, or soundstream vga 1600.2 i really dont want to though, i want my money back...does anybody here know anybody there? i guess ive been talking to Ravi (operations manager) and he is pretty useless, he like to regurgitate answers to FAQS and what not. any help or suggestions on how to get my money back would be great

if you used a creditcard get them on the phone and see what they can do, those guys been fuuckin way too many people lately selling their refurb/bstock/returned shyt as new

i just talked to good ole ravi again, and hes offering me a refund minus shipping, and a 15 percent restocking fee, or send me a new amp (avionixx 440.4) the refund would be about 120 i guess, do yall think i should just get the amp and try to sell it? or take the refund? anyone want one of these amps? you can have it for 140+shipping, and ill just have em ship the new amp to you!!

grrrrr, i guess i will, im still trying to get out of the restocking fee, but the guy is stubborn as hell and ends all of his messages with "thank you for your inqiries and business" he's like a ****ing machine, im about ready to drive over there and kick his ***.

^^ yea that's their automatic sig in their emails. he'll never sell me a bad product cuz i always pick up and i've *****ed at him many a times when he wouldn't let me return a h/u a year back.

but yea i got the same amp as you from indo no problems yet

I'd tell him to stick his 15% restocking fee and shipping charges up his ***. He sold the bad product, make him eat the cost. It's the cost of doing business. If he wants to sell refurb crap on ebay that doesn't work, then that's his problem. You shouldn't have to pay for his inability to sell a working product.

Post up his e-mail addy and your ebay item #....I'll give him an ear (eye?) full //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

you have know idea how many times i told him that excact same thing, but i want to get this over with..(its been 2.5 months) so i kicked my biotching up to like 2-3 emails a day to his ***, and he finnaly offered me that refund minus shipping and 15% fee, i went off on him and all that and eventually i compromised and said just give me the 140 back that i paid and ill leave you alone, and i think he is going to do it he said he will get it approved and it will process tomorrow. i feel like i shouldednt have compromised, but i dont have time for this..i need money to go toward my new amp.

but just for fun:

ebay item number #5726046034

Sales@indoaudio.com

have fun:)

I bought a set of Diamond Audio M6 components.

They seem to be new, but the box was not sealed and it looked pretty old.

Are these gonna be refurb or bstock or you guys think the components will be fine?
