by the way, i dont think thay are authorized dealers for anything they sell, and the warranty they offer isnt the factory warranty, but an "indioaudio warranty"(which i found out was almost impossible to redeem) and they dont understand the concept of "DOA" too well

Agreed. I picked up a set of Focal components a while back, which were brand new and have worked flawlessly since early this summer. Excellent price and product.

However, once I secure replacements, I’ll have to send two amps back in for warranty work. They’re both Zapco iForce amps, which have had different problems since I first installed them several months ago (one produces a loud hiss akin to a ground loop, and the other produces static in the tweeter). I’ve read that the warranty process with Indo is quite painful and takes a frightening amount of time. thats some crazy ish right there. i had the same 2 problems with my Phoenix gold octane r amp from indo.

warranty process is great. no problems there.

All the Avionixx amps we sell are 100% brand new. We have been selling on eBay for 6 years, there is no way we would ever sell refuribished products as new. You can check with the manufacturer if you would like, tell them the serial # of this Avionixx amp, and they will let you know they are 100% brand new. This is just a part of the warranty replacement process we have to abide by.

this all boils down to price on product and there are alot of companies that tranship product. if u buy transhipped product (unauthorized) be prepared to deal with delays or no warranty. thats what NON-AUTHORIZED means. you get a deal thats really good (price) but you lose something somewhere. its how companies price protect for their dealers so they can make money the money you "saved" by not getting a factory warranty. hope i didnt make either side look too bad or too good but that is what it boils down too. what gets my goat is when cetain companies get huge price breaks and are allowed to sell under you or sell it so cheap you cant pay the bills. happened last year to us (when i had a shop) and we were ready to get dei.
