Indoaudio ????

I bought a set of Diamond Audio M6 components.
They seem to be new, but the box was not sealed and it looked pretty old.

Are these gonna be refurb or bstock or you guys think the components will be fine?
well i bought my mb quarts from them too, and the boxes were like that,and some of the wires were untwistied and stuff, but they worked out fine. But now that i have gone through this i definately encourage everybody to stay away from these guys..bad news!!

All the Avionixx amps we sell are 100% brand new. We have been selling on eBay for 6 years, there is no way we would ever sell refuribished products as new. You can check with the manufacturer if you would like, tell them the serial # of this Avionixx amp, and they will let you know they are 100% brand new. This is just a part of the warranty replacement process we have to abide by.

So why the hell do you make the customer pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee, when you are the one who sold an amp that didn't work? I know of no respectable online store that has such a policy.

hey its good ole RAVI!!! how ya doin bud? ya know im the guy you fcked on the avionixx amp...where the heeellllll is my 140$ ? you said today!!! i want it now!!! i will never buy from you again and will recommend everybody on here to stay away!!!! give me my money!!!!

 
i think he just joined a few days ago, i mustv said something in one of my email to him.. oh well its good he can see how much bad publicity this place is cabable of creating for him

 
We refunded the full amount for the amplifier today. You should see it in your account. Sorry about the problems. We just have to have these policies of replacement only due to eBay fees incurred, which makes eBay marketplace's way of selling completely different than your traditional website. We ate the eBay costs, and flexed our policies for you, sorry again for the delays and problems.

you guys ****ed me on my L7s sent me the wrong ****ing impedance and it was too big of a ****ing hassle to deal with you to get the right ones...assholes..just assholes....maybe you should ****ing pay attention to what you sell.
We are sorry about the problems on this one, someone must have not seen your note of dual 2 ohm subwoofers. We did however offer to send a call tag at our expense, pick up the subwoofers, and reship you the proper subwoofers at our cost. Sorry again, there is really no excuse for our performance on this one.

 
Some folks been having some random problems with yall Indo. Everytime I see your auctions, figure can't go wrong but I see folks with problems. I can see stuff happens but yall got to be super tight about your operations. Step ya'll game up so folks ain't got to bad trash yall.

On a personal note, I emailed you like 3-4 times asking, which products you guys are authorized to sell and you said that there are certain brands that you are authorized to sell. Then you asked which brands did I have in question and I replied with the ones I was interested in (Kicker and MTX) and have yet to recieve a response. Am I to assume those 2 manufacturers are a NO and NO?

 
Thank you for the refund, and your cooperation(he gave me a little extra to make me happy) please consider changing you policies to make transations on defective items much easier, and you will once again have my support, but 2-3 months waiting for a refund/replacement is far from acceptable
