Oh and they never answer my questions, if they do they answer them incorrectly or not completely. It's so frustrating

So why don't you cancel your order and get some speakers elsewhere? Why give them your business after all of this?

dont pay for it, they not going to leave a rating for you. They dont have time for that, and if u ever wanna return something to them....GOOOD LUCK...i been trying to return a sub to them, which is still under warrty from them, and they tell me they will give me info "ASAP" and i get that every time. so scew them, and dont pay.

I had to return my tantrum 1200.1 to them and it went smooth. No questions asked and they shipped me a new one. Whole thing took about 4 weeks.

i think indo is full of sh*t, they ripped me off on a h/u and i'm local, the guy that runs it is a stuck up b!tch.

Well they received my MO on Monday, and I received my shipping notification today. 4-10 days and I shall receive my Hifonics. They were a dream to deal with so far.
