You're right the brisket down here is killer. So is the pulled pork but I havent had much in the way of good ribs down here. KC has great BBQ too, but Memphis takes the cake for ribs. Two different style sauces but the process for slow-cooking remains virtually the samewe don't play in KC with BBQ fools. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork. You name it. I would like to try some real southern style shit though. Looks good.
