yes....yes i am. I can even cook my own too. Probably not quite as good as theirs but mine are pretty **** good. Unfortunately tho, i don't have a slow cooker so i either bake them til nice and tender or boil them til the meat starts to back off the end of the bone then grill for about 10 minutes. You are the ****ing rib master.
yeah but you cannot duplicate the slow cooked ribs by boiling...they still are good but slow cooking is the only way to goBoil them for ~30 minutes. That cuts the 6-8 hours cooking to about 30 minutes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
so trueoh you can still taste the meat! sauce just makes it juicy and fall apart
just depends on your taste i guess.
I'd rather BBQ my own at home //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif$20 a rack at burbanks
dry is the only way to cooked themwhen i say wet...i mean they are slow cooked more or less dry, then add the sauce at the table. I don't really like them cooked in a sauce. When you cook them dry and add sauce later, you can still taste the meat. The sauce tends to overpower the meat when cooked in the sauce.
