don't need it, ninjas are as consistant as old faithful. I had a nice solid one about an hour ago.

I can't get enough of the ribs from Burbanks BBQ in Cincinnati...i had a rack at dinner last night and got 3 racks to go...finishing up the last rack now

I'm jealous. I love ribs!

Makes them so tender. I worked at a family owned BBQ place for about 6 months. Used to cook them on a outside smoker for about that long and keep them wet with a home made sauce.
