we don't play in KC with BBQ fools. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork. You name it. I would like to try some real southern style shit though. Looks good.

I like some kc barb-q as well. Its tough to beat some gates.

Its more of a dry rub type down here. And its usually a more molasses type sauce vs. the kick of the midwestern sauces.

I like sauce more too. But I like it spicy and a little thinner consistency.

Meh, I usually do my own ribs on the grill. And since I got my new grill, I can't wait to get me some ribs!

I like both dry rub and sauce, so I usually do both.
