In need of good PAS

I am in need of some good PA's. I was looking at getting about 3 and have a price range of under 1500 if they cost that high. Also if you can recommend a good amp. I am looking for something very loud and clear. Thanks

are you saying pa speakers like dj speakers, i had 2 10" evs in my at one point, but well they got ****ing loud as hell and sounded like shit, but hey would would you expect...i bought min for 200 each new at a local car audio store, but evs are kinda a ri thing
