In need of a dual 12 box.

I need a box for 2 12" Alpine SWR-1242D's. Site says 2.0 cubes per sub, but I don't know what to have it tuned to.

Anyone on this site build boxes and ship them? There are no places locally that do, and I don't have proper tools.
