I've got an IXA-W407 with the pxa h100 and the tuning software. Everything works until I load the software. I have searched and could not find the answer to my problem, which is that when I load the software my computer says that the USB drivers have been installed, however when I turn on the unit then plug the USB into my computer I does not have the correct drivers and gives me an open port error! Any ideas?
