important sub question for fellow spl'ers

Im going to carlisle for All Truck Nationals tomarrow and i just reconed one of my Mt's a few days ago and just got to putting it in today, well the other is already broken in and has more excursion and seems to be louder than the fresh recone...

now for my question...

Will it be bad to play them like that for bass race or burp them like that? sounds like a newb question but i have never only had to recone just one sub... it has always been both together. Any help is greatly appreciated

BTw they have 4 stiff spiders
