I've only been on this forum for less that a few weeks, but I just want to share something with you guys.
I bought a used IDQ 12'' from a fellow member here, waited and waited and finally it arrived yesterday, all excited and I opened the box, it looked like this:
Something went terribly wrong during shipping. I posted a thread for help on the ID forum, got some replies right away and was told to give them a call. So I did that today, no call waiting there, 10 seconds later, I got Sean. After a few minutes of checking things out, he sent me a replacement basket and shim free of charge! I even told him I bought this used privately.
This is my only experience with ID, but their customer service is out of this world! I just wanted to share this with you guys, things like this doesn't happen everyday, not to me at least //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
