I posted a thread for help on the ID forum, got some replies right away and was told to give them a call. So I did that today, no call waiting there, 10 seconds later, I got Sean. After a few minutes of checking things out, he sent me a replacement basket and shim free of charge! I even told him I bought this used privately.This is my only experience with ID, but their customer service is out of this world!
