Ok here is my situation. When I first got my sub I could blast it as loud as I wanted with no problems. It has been about two months now since I installed everything and now when ever I turn my sub up at all I can see my volt meter drop with every hit. And at night when my head lights are on I can hardly listen to it at all. After the volt meter gets below 9 my amp completely shuts off. I would like to not have to buy an extra battery. Can I fix the problem with a capacitor?

no

You have a different situation altogether and I wouldn't even be looking at an additional battery or cap yet.

Your system used to work, and now it doesn't. That means something is wrong with your electrical. First check all your grounds and positives. Maybe one came loose or is corroded. A loose connection will increase resistance which will cause more amperage needing to be pulled which equals drops in voltage.

I'd also check your alternator and existing battery. Either or may be going bad.

Battery = more money
I dont wanna except the fact ha.
Sounds like you are sold on getting a cap. Just get one and hook it up.

Then a month later when you are making another thread about why your voltage is dropping under 12, think about what EVERYBODY was telling you. A lot of guys here tell you stuff from experience. From experience, I can tell you the thing is shit. DIsregard what the best buy people told you. If they were selling batteries, they would not try and convince you that you need a cap.
