I'm Lost: Alpine CDE-102

I just replaced my head unit with an Alpine CDE-102. This head unit has so many options and I'm not sure what to do with them all. First off to describe what I have going on in my car:

-Alpine CDE-102 HU

-6.5" Rockford Fosgate Power Speakers (front doors-not amped)

-2 12" Rockford Fosgate P3's in a custom built ported box

-Rockford Fosgate Power Amp (mono amp for the subs)

The Alpine has the basic 0 to +15 for the subs and I can handle that part. However, where should I set the bass level? What about the high pass filter? It also has some bass frequency thing that I'm not sure what it is. So any help about where I can set some of these settings would be great! Thanks

-Subwoofer: 0 to +15

-Bass: -7 to +7

-Treble: -7 to +7

-High Pass filter: Off/60/80/100Hz

-Bass Center Frequency: 80/100/200/60/80Hz

(emphasizes the the displayed bass frequency range)

-Bass Bandwith: 1/2/3/4/5

Narrow to Wide

set them to what u personally think sounds best to your ear?
I would do that but I'm not sure what some of those settings mean. I guess I was just looking for maybe some kind of "starting point." My old HU didn't have all of those settings so it was pretty much set the bass at +2 and set the subs to +8 (out of 10). But I would like to take advantage of these settings if I could.
