300-400$ for alt, 200$ for cable fuses connectors etc, 3 120 ah sealed batts 350$ so 900-1000$ to get your electrical and wiring up to "code" for 5-6k of powa.. Not really sure about your goals cuz there is not much sq involved when runnin 6 subs .. Don't get me wrong this build is right up my ally if you want really clean clear tight powerfull bass than that's 1 thing .. Going sq is quite another so think about it and let us know.. I'm thinking 2 soundqubed hdc3 15" or 18" subs off of an sq3500 or somthing like that would be the ticket.

Exactly big builds are better on vehicles with heavy duty suspension or after market parts to beef the suspension up .. Think about it 6 subs, box, amps, 3-4 batts cable .... We are talkin 700-1000 lbs of stuff bro and you couple that with the pull of HO alts and your talkin 5 miles per gallon hommie.

But if you did a pair of high powered subs like hdc3's or 4's, or a pair of sundown z series or night shades on 2-3 k each that will be enough to get you In the 150ies which is painful to listen to vary long.

The setup I am kind of digging is the way exo from YouTube had his expedition with the audioque 2 18s and 2 15s but with the four 15 does this help?

I'd do the HDC4s so you can upgrade to more power if you want. The HDC4s can take a crazy amount of power. And yes you'll get what you want ported. @jeffdachef ; can tell you what to tune your box to since he listens to metal also. I listen to hip hop so I like the lows.

honestly its just the symmetry i think it would look awkward so i would rather go with 18s
