I have yet to find out. I tried feeling as far as I can with my hands in there. No sign of it being vented to the exterior, But it did have some debri in the cavity. It was getting late with work the next day, so I just mounted the mids and did a quick tune to have music for this week.

Put a flashlight on the vent and see if any light leaks out on the underside of the car.

I just might try that when I'm not too lazy to unmount the 8"s. Being that there's very little room to play with between the 8"s and horns, it's a PITA to mount and unmount the mids.

i cant wait to make a thread that says im infinitely baffled TOO or #2 or TWO.
the 94' camry is coming along great. To bad you can't hear 2 15's that are going to be going in mine. i have wiring ran through, foamed up, rear deck deadened, just installed new dva-9861 optical wiring and ainet to trunk. trim is off. i need a little more foam along edges, then it comes down to two things

1. should i grind the opening a little to be 15.5" - 16" HIGH, which allows all trim panels to still work.

or should i make an extension to push the board back and then ib it?

Tis nice to be infinitely baffled. the response is just so tame. Even using the Punch HX2s that everyone booed me on and said they wouldn't work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif I'm sure I could do better with some ID, but that wasn't the theme for the Camry.
