im just learning about audio's and stuff...so ya i got a question.

im doing all eD setup in my car (Elemental designs)...for the fronts im going to have the eDi 6500s components...and in the rears two Eu-700 MidLFE Dual 2. both of them are 150w RMS...so i bought 2 of the NINe.2x (200w x 2channel 4ohms) basicly 1 amp for the 6.5's and 1 amp for the 6.5 rears...

is that correct? i use a 2 channel amp for a pair of 6.5 fronts and another 2 channel amp for a pair of 6.5 rears?....to get the speakers full potential.

i only want to use 3 amps at most, so would i be able to use a NINe.1 on TWO 13Kv.2 (12" subs)?? its only a 1 channel amp and using 2 subs...would that be possible? would the subs still hit good? or should i run a diffrent eD amp for the 2 subs? the subs are 350w RMS. i was going to go with TWO NINe.2 (400w x 1 channel at 4ohms) basicly 1 for each sub. but i dont want to have 4 amps total in my car...so which amp should i go with for both subs?

im using a DEH-P8600MP deck which has RCA connections for a amp for fronts/rears/ and subs...so it only has 3 RCA connectors. so my guess is thats only good for 3 amps?

eD site is...http://www.edesignaudio.com

Yeah basically one Nine.2x for fronts and one for rears...get your gains set right using the tutorial on here...

It is possible to run multiple subs off a mono amp. Just as long as the KV's are D2's then you can wire them up to 2ohm load to your amp and they will be fine...gonna have to watch the gains tho like always..

Having only 3 preouts doesnt mean you can hook up ONLY 3 amps....you can hook up more...

Personally..I would have gotten a nice 4ch amp and then the Nine.1 for subs...so two amps running rather than 3 cuz of draw from 3 is most likely more (4ch amp depending) than two...

What year CB7 do you have jw?

i have a cm2 (2003 accord)...eD offers a 4 channel amp but its only 65w x 4 (4homs) so i went with two 200w x 2 (4 ohms) for the fronts/rears. so the NINe.1 will work fine for the 12" subs right? just as long as there the D2 version? would they bump weak or nice? since im using only a 1 channel amp on 2 subs
