since i lowered the right one, i had to lower the left one too, my foot almost touches it when i drive. stupid car!

looks a little bit angled but that's cuz of the angle i shot it at. it pretty much parallel to the ground.

i couldnt cross em high enough so i could hear the mid and tweets as 2 different locations. not good.

I've read this thread a couple times. You're work looks great (though I don't agree with the cardboard idea) and I'm sure it screams. But can you explain what you meant with this comment? Why would you want the mids and tweets to sound like they were 2 different locations? Manufacturers spend thousands in R&D to make component sets play "together".

Hope this didn't sound like a flame, I'm not trying to light you up. I'm just curious.

SUPA and REQ. i was told jigs do that because you cut too fast, or force it throught the wood. slow down ALOT, i know its slow, but should give you a straight cut, works for me

na, my saw dosnt like to keep the blade flat. i try and try and try, and you can visually see it crooked in its little thing (cuz you are SUPPOSED to be able to cut angles with it - yea right) and it dosnt sit straight (like 15 years old)
