You're asking for a biased answer when asking joetama about behringer.

I don't have experience with the behringer unit, but remember, chad mixes live shows for a living and deals with pro audio day in and day out.

Also, I would suggest you get the AC DQS. 6 channel 30 band eq. That's 30 bands PER channel

After Marv's BBQ. I found that it was a must to EQ left and right separately. For my first time, I've heard a car that had identical curves on both left and right channels, where no frequency on either side differed more than 1db.

Ok it turns out played with deck and t/a yesterday and that stupid dpad on the cd7000 made me accidentally push it down -6db on left side when i was adjusting t/a! dam that deck design!!!!!

James, whats the point of a 30band Eq per channel when you will only be usin 10-12 bands per channel per freq range?

i understand Independent EQ is one thing, but it baffles me why they market 30bands...

In other words, why have a 30 band EQ on the tweeter channels? Good question. Some of it is marketing. Some of it (probably) is simplicity of the design. Some of it is flexibility of the system. Ive heard of people running multiple Alpine H701's for very large and elaborate systems consisting of 10+ channels, for example.
