I have used rammat it does not smell. That is the lowest budget stuff I would use. If you have any left over you can always sell it.

its understandable. its not cheap. but honestly the edead will be just dead weight, it doesnt do much. as opposed to the damp pro. one layer would be good enough so same weight but you get awesome results

thanks for the info. I think im going to get the raamat since the reviews say its the best budget dampener. The main thing im looking to get is less exhaust resonace when i run open headers, not sure if it will help but somethings better than nothing.

I used a heat gun to stick my UE on. It hasn't fallen off yet!

The true test will be when I put it on my trunk lid. One of these days I will get around to it.
