Im going with eDead, which one

Yes i know everyone says it sucks, but everyone i know that has it in their car likes it. My question is, is there a big difference between the new edead 45 and 80 besides the thickness? Im just looking for basic sound deadening and i want to keep things light. If it is going to fail, should i just buy the 45 save half the money and use my 20% off code or is the 80 worth the extra $30? I'm only buying 50 sq ft.

i am part of everyone, had that stuff in my car, it failed at 80 degrees outside. huge friggin mess, i would never use or be in a room with that ish again...

but to answere you question, thicker is usually better when using deadener, however, it will be heavier when you have to pull it out of the insides of your doors because it has all failed and fell to the bottom...

also, i know people that use it and it has stayed stuck to the surfaces... maybe i'm just unlucky...

whats the total of the 80? you can get a 62.5 ft. roll of raamat for 120 shipped iirc... never heard of that stuff failing. if i were you i'd not take the chance, that camaro looks pretty nice, sure would be a bummer to get tar everywhere in there, i don't think carpet cleaner gets it out either...

not to my knowledge, have a friend that used it and he didn't have any complaints. i personally use dynamat xtreme, so maybe someone who has used it will chime in...

im not looking to spend over $100 for 50 sq ft. I know i wont get the best but i hope it will do.
