Always a possibility, and I'm not trying to sound Gulible, but I really don't think she's doing anything with this guy. He at the very least would have told me, as he really doesnt seem to care. She's the kind of person as well who would just tell me and dump me if somthing were to happen, as she is so sensitive and guilty, she would not have it in her to lie. you cant fix anyone, the best thing you can do is protect yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.i wold reccomend staying away, let her know how feel about her (and him) and create some distance, if she cant do school either transport or grades, she needs to change something.you have a life you need to deal with, and if you have to fix hers then yours will suffer. stay away let the chit happen and be there if she wants you after the chaos.if she cant see the guys dangerous, there is no point in you showing her by ending up hurt.she needs to put some distance between herself and the nutball, you need some distance between you and the chaos.doesnt mean you dont care, it means your smart enought to know when you cant fix things.

Funny thing is, apparently years ago, this guy was locked up in a Afgan prison for a month for sending crazy threatening religious letters to the president of his country. His family had connections, and was able to get him released somehow.

I'm 5'9" 180lbs, I'm not fat, but I'm semi-built, but I am short. Back in high school there was this kid who always talked shit, who was about 6'5" 250 and he was all muscle. I got fed up with it one day and walked up behind him in the parking lot kicked his knees out from under him then proceeded to smash his head into the concrete. Problem solved. You just have to go in there with the killer attitude, and be the most aggressive and end the fight fast. You can’t do any Rocky shit, where you take some punches, you HAVE to end it fast. And, don’t stop. If he bets you with fists come back with a bat, if he beats you with a bat come back with a knife, and if he beats you with a knife come back with a gun. And if he beats you with a gun, well he had better kill you because you have to keep coming back until one of you is dead (or gives up).

The problem is not with the guy, it's with your girlfriend. No wait, actually it's with you. I really do not mean to offend you, I just think you need to look out for yourself. You seem like a good guy, and I think you are giving your girlfirend's version of what is going on way too much credit.

Your GF is seeing (in some fashion) a guy she used to screw. He threatens you in her presence. And (if I undertand this correctly), she is willing to let this stand and now this is somehow your problem.

I know you said this guy is crazy, but what do you really think your GF told this guy about her relationship with you that he felt like he could bounce up in her place and start making threats to you? Or did she not tell him anything about you? And what has she led him to believe about their relationship?

IMO you need to drop her and don't look back. Good luck.
