It can't be A or D since no mention is made about vehicular damages, even though purchasing automotive insurance implies that. We're talking about the provision, not the insurance policy as a whole. It's also unlikely to be E.
So that leaves us with B or C. I would guess an insurance policy containing a provision for bodily injury would cover more than just your passengers. It should include you at the very least. So that leaves us with C as being the only answer that makes any sense (to me, at least.)
