ILXW650e Android Auto connection issue

HI, I have an ILXW650e that randomly disconnects google maps. Ongoing issue.

Have,
reset unit,
updated firmware,
replaced main cable from headunit,
replaced USB-C cable with top quality Belkin, and tried others.

Unit will be fine, happily working away then randomly disconnects.
Over the past week I cant get it connected at all. Bluetooth connection works fine along with regular radio function.

Faults? Suggestions? Ideas?

When I have connection issues with my radio, I close all tabs then reconnect. After that I only open the apps I need.

Ugh yeah it can use Android Auto and Google Maps says so right in the manual. Alpine is good about that stuff with integrating not only ugh Apple but also Android applications.
