Ike Sound, US Amps

Ok I did a quick search but didnt have time to look thru everything, what I need to know is it ok to buy from Ike Sound? They have some real good prices but I dont think they are authorized reseller. ANything to worry about when buying something like a US Amp from Ike? Ive purchased stuff from ike before but i dont know about this deal. Is it still the real product at least? Thanks for any help on this guys
