If you had a choice...

And those are realitivly decent compared to the 2.8. Which is one of the worst motors ever built IMO
I dont know if they make those anymore though.
!!! no doubt!

But, still not nearly as insanely terrible as the Chrysler 3.0L they were putting in the Caravan and a ton of other cars. Yikes!

My mom had one of those. No power, No top speed, and broke down all the time. The bodys were rust magnets too!

I've had (of around 17 vehicles) an '85 Toy 4 runner with 9/8" custom SuperLift (by Marty) rolling on 35" Swampers and also an '85 Toy PU hovering over a 12" SuperLift geared with 14 shocks (incl. 2 for steering) and 40" Swampers (too stiff for my blood).
Jeeps kick it, but I was usually the one driving mine home after pulling them out of their "problem" after a night of bashing.

That's different territory, though. Offroading, everything's practically an experiment and anything can happen to any "brand", especially depending on the "state" of the driver *heh*
X2!

i would go pathfinder...my camry got handed down to me last year...with about ~150,000 miles on it...no mechanical problems whatsoever except for replacing the oil manifold...and replacing driver side door (because i was parked and an old granny rammed into me, i wasn't in the car)...im a big fan of import reliability...

i hear that im aall import too but that R/T is a real piece of work dont ya think?

Well a big reason for wanting to go with a Pathfinder is because I already have one, and have not had any major problems with it whatsoever, and I've given it a pretty good beating over the years. It's now up to 120,000 miles and still runs pretty good...it's just time for me to get a new, nicer looking ride //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
dude, if thats what your concerned about, get the xtreme. ive had 2 blazers. my 92 ran like brand friggin new at 153k miles. and my new 98 has nearly 100k and IS brand new. these vortecs are rock solid, ask any1.

xtremes are undoubtably the sweetest looking trucks ever, especially the blazer xtreme!
