Had this great customer service.
Friday night I purchased 2 Audison amps off display from a local retailer. The next day, I realized I didn't get the manuals for them. Turns out the retailer didn;t have them either. Sunday night, around 10pm, I sent an email to the company (in Italy) asking for a copy because the link on their site was not working. Less than 12 hours later, I have a digital copy in my email, the name and contact of a great guy who is a distributor in the states, and a physical copy that will be here tom. because they sent it overnight.
A good example of how CS should go.
