And you wanted a nice system but not the like $5,000.00 Component sets...

like a total system value avg say, 7K what would you do!

What 2 15" subs would you get, and how would you power them.

What components for the front and back would you get? and how would you power those?

What deck would you get?

I would go full Class A for a 7.1 surround system...245's in single-ended triode, plus a 12AX7 preamp with original new-old-stock tubes.

Plus Adire Apex's for the main channels, and Adire/CSS drivers all around. Throw in some ribbons for good measure.
