My IDQ12v3 should be arriving soon, and according to ID, they recommend it going into a 1.0 cubic foot sealed box. Any of you built this box? I'm unsure whether to build one this weekend or go order one. By my calculations, using 3/4 mdf, my outer dimensions will be 13x13x13. Any other suggestions?

Ok, so obviously I'm going to be bias but I have personally used the IDQ12v.3 in 1ft^3 sealed on a Q600.1 (600w x 1 class AB) with great results. I sue this mostly for marine application. I have never heard any complaints about not enough bass or not sounding good. I've done a few cars again with great results.

I did a box with 2 IDQ V3 10s sealed... 1.9 cubes sealed. Wayyyy too big. Subs overexcurd very easily with 500rms on the pair.
1.9ft^3 IS too big for (2) IDQ10's. I would put them in 1.3ft^3 - 1.4ft^3.

The sweet spot for a single IDQ10v.3 is around 0.65ft^3 - 0.75ft^3.
