IDMax 8 (what if)

Just curious as to how many of you would be interested in these if they existed. If ID saw that there was a large enough demand for an 8w7 fighter maybe they would produce them for those who don't have much room but want SQL.

Just a simple yay or nay will be fine.

first ive ever seen talk of an 8, though it seems like a decent enough idea

the 15 seems to be what everyone is drooling over.

btw, i didnt think the rli 8 could hold up to a w7.....though i would like to try both

It'd be easier to make the 15 they've been promising for a few years now than it would to build an 8" version. Hell, I'll just be happy if/when they re-release the IDQ8's. IDMax 8 wont happen.

I dont know what you mean by 'will be a midbass again', but certain sources are saying they are gonna re-release the IDQ8. Officially a subwoofer, but unofficially one of the best 8" midbass drivers ever made. I've heard from people at ID that this is gonna happen, this year at CES, but we'll just to wait and see. Hope they do, I need a second pair of IDQ8's.

Whats the best way to run a midbass driver? Does it require you to go 3-way, or could you put the 8's in the rear doors and have 6.5's with tweets up front?
