Idle problem

So, I went and had the alternator in my sig installed, works fine nothing is defective. The problem I am having is my engines idle speed is just a little bit, and I mean just maybe like 10-100 engine rpm's off. When I come to a complete stop the alternator just shuts off, but, the slightest tap on the gas pedal kicks it right back on, when I am parked and it is running the voltage is just as low, but noticeably a tad bit higher than when I am just idling at a light, maybe around 13 or so volts, at a light it drops to the battery level and keeps dropping, but jumps right up to 14.4 as soon as I touch the gas, same when parked. I do have the optima installed and I just checked it and it is sitting at 13.16 volts.

With this said, is there any way I might be able to say increase my engines idle speed, its a 1994 Buick century 3.1L 6 cylinder automatic, fuel injected, ect. I just need to keep this thing on at all time, not worried about low idle output, I just need it to stay on. What could I do, I would appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have, I am open to any ideas. Please help me out.
