ideal box for type x alpine

I was wondering the same. I have 2 type x on 2 pdx 1000.1 amps each and was wondering on a different box. The box is an alpine spec box but was built for 2 alpine type s. I then bought the type x and put them in the same box. I dont know if they need a bigger box or a bigger port or anything. sorry for thread jacking..lol

my box (in sig) is very nice. decently loud (this IS an SQ sub, not SPL), but super clean.

how low can you get before unloading? or you have a SSF? mine's not in so i have to keep an eye on it. never thought of going bigger than 2 cubes net though.

amp has ssf (pdx 1.1000)

haven't had it measured yet, but i may this weekend if i can find a few hours.
