ID XS-28 vs. Scan speak illuminator tweeter

im shopping for some tweeters and im torn between the two, im doing an active front stage. I have no experience with either and wanted opinions from others that may have had experience with the tweeters listed. My midbass will be provided by a 7" Dayton reference speaker.

Im open to other tweeters also, kinda looking for something to fit my OEM tweeter location, didnt want to fabricate some pods for the tweeters.

i love my xs28's however i have never heard the scans so i cannot give a comparison.

so the scan speaks will work well with the Dayton 7" as far as the scan speak playing low enough and having a smooth roll off
