Idk how they compare you van find reviews on this set all over the place jus know you'll be hard pressed to rind a better .mid bass driver for the price....

I think their a upgrade from the ctx65 mids, the ID oems are more or less marine versions of the ID CXs 64, and having similar specs to that speakers. However, your current mids are def not bad at all, these would just prob have a little more detail, esp if their run active.

Great sounding drivers though, easy to set up and have a nice sounding front stage.
