ID CTX65c vs Pioneer Tsd-720c

hes lookin at coaxials, not components.....btw I own, and run both...the pioneers in the rear. Both sound sick. I actually have some brand new ctx65s but one came with a damaged tweet and will need to be replaced. ID said they can get me a new one.

Comparing the two, they both sound great. The pioneers can get very loud, but the tweet on both is very clean and not harsh....cant go wrong with either,

Actually i was talking about components and coaxs. I think i'm going to do just the comps. in the front and leave factory in the rear for now. I have a 2 ch. to push the fronts with.

I love my Pioneers. It helps that I get those on my employee discount, but they really are great speakers. I haven't heard the IDs, but their reputation precedes them, so I'm sure you'll be happy with either.

I have ran the CTX set myself and they are nice speakers. No experience with the Pioneers. My guess is they are pretty comparable. My two biggest factors would be price and customer service. With ID you can call and talk to the owner. Pioneer? Well take it to authorized center, wait forever, etc. I blew both CTX mids thru sheer stupidity. Called ID...told them about it over phone, had new mids a week later no questions asked. And talked on the phone about car stereo for the better part of an hour with Eric. Buy the ID's.

I choose them by repution and they live up to the hype. They impress out of the box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

They're so beefy
