Kinda confused about what you are getting at when you say is it safe to send all bass to the back speakers. If you mean the subs, then yes that is what they are for. I am not really sure what is wrong with your speakers during the day/night time, kind strange. Maybe someone with more knowledge could help you there. But your car isnt that small, matter of fact looks like a hatchback to me, which can get very loud and usually have good coustics. What kind of 12" do you have? Also what amp?

Also welcome to the nuthouse!

oya does haveing a hatchback good? what are the pros and cons to it?
Coming first hand from a fellow 240 owner, it can get loud VERY EASILY. Its a sexy car... mine's black. Drives nice. Quick.

Cons- 240's are known to rattle like theyre coming apart at the seams on some of the worn out 240's. The HB's are the most flexible of the 240's making them bad for drifting. They're nearly impossible to find good used parts these days for cuz ppl either wrap em around trees, or the motors blow up while trying to wrap it around a tree.

Personally i think im gonna go with a single 12 setup this sime cuz in my acura, my 2 12's rocked the world with gusto, so in a hb i dont think ill need nearly as much. Good luck though
