Used RARELY; driven to shows, wired up, burped, put back in the box, stored in garage. There was a period I used 1 for about 4 weeks @ 4ohms.

Box, remote, cord, and I think manual is included.

It has a little MDF dust on it at the moment, I'll shoot a pic soon and post up.

No Chrome, No BS, just good, clean POWA.
