I want better sounding bass

the manual on the Rsdc 10" says that it could be ported with a volume of .368cuft. Tuned higher. I thought that was very small.

thats crazy small. i can't imagine it working well in that small of a box.

but then again, i also didn't expect much out of my .7 cu ft box either but it sounds great.

im looking at the manual right now and it does not say that.... for ported the smallest recommended is 2.0 cu ft per.

it doesn't say that. for a sealed enclosure the smallest spl recommended is .3 and .5 for sq

Interesting suggestions. Im checking out the G5 and I gotta say its butt ugly, but I know has nothing to do with performance. This is very hard and I would like to know if anyone has for example compared any of these drivers together. Say for example the IDMAX and RLP or ME and Avalanche. Ive also read some places that the ME is very close to the IDMAX but the ME is rated less in RMS. I dont listen to my bass very loud but at the same time I dont want a mediocre sub being pushed to its limits. Whatever I get it will be hooked up to my PG Tantrum 1200.
