thats because it's not the best possible SQ, not cost effective, and over-complicated...

Alright so listen to this crap. The other day me and my buddy "took the day off of school" to go snowmobiling for the whole day, btw this was ok by my mommy. Anyways, we were out riding for the whole morning and we came back to my house for a break, I was chillin in my room on here and he went out into my kitchen to grab something to eat. During this time he stole a pack of cigarettes off the top of my fridge. I know he did since my mom's came up to me and asked if I knew where it might be. She knew I didn't take it because I absolutely hate thos **** things, and she wondered if anyone who was over took them. I told her I wasn't sure but I knew for a fact it was him since he was the only person here all day. What a way for a "best friend" to completely disrespect me and my family . That just goes to show you how little you can really know about someone.

I have just been sitting here looking at my amp(Orion 1200D) and I was just wondering, what the heck is that dang gain knob actually doing inside of the amp. When you turn it down and up what is it changing? I just wanna know how this stuff works.

Just wondering how everyone else is doing with attending classes. Ive missed a couple this semester. At first I was alright, but the past couple weeks Ive been super tired and busy. Ive missed each class I have maybe twice. Staying home a little later today and missing this stupid lab I have, then going out to my Masterpieces class.

This is it for me now though. I literally cant miss another class. Either I cant afford to miss the material covered, or I cant afford to take the hit on the points.

is a watt just a wat? can an amp for example jl audio... produce more sound pressure just from equalizers and boosts, than say a sound stream or kicker or any other brand.... is a wat just a wat? or do other factors determin what 1000 wats sound like (ps: i do know that the rateing of 1000 wats on jl's and rockfords and some others are conservative and these amps are capable of much more than 1000 watts)

Yea that was a temporary install pretty much an amalgamation of every sub i had.

Originally i bought the 10's and they offered me the 13 for next to nothing. I was gunna put the 10's in my blazer and the 13's in my truck (which i was in the process of buying from my dad.) but then he told me he was gunna have to keep the truck for another year until after the next race season so i just built that shitty thing to see what it would sound like, and it suprized me so i left it in...

i was in the process of doing an F-glass/mdf build for it when it broke down permantly... water somehow leaked into the oil pan... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

but if i were to do the projects you did, i would match the paint, not act like a retard jacking off with the glue, definitely make the door panels match something besides the tires or floor mats, not have 2 different color switch panels on them, and not play with empty beer bottles and inflatable aliens.
