It can be done...not the loudest 4 18" setup in the world, but would still be awesome.

well i have a 250 amp alternator and my current starting battery is a dry cell. what do you suggest i do? im trying to build a killer setup for the bed and tunnel the sound to the cab. this will be my biggest install yet so any help is much appreciated

Seeing as how he doesn't care about SQ, I wouldn't go with the 2 rlp's. 4 mj-18's will require the same amount of power, it will look more impressive, and yield higher numbers. Throw the same 2000 watts on all 4 of the mj-18's.

4 15's or 18s and amp off 1200 probably aint going to happen if you want QUALITY stuff...especially if your wanting BNIB. Ive put well over 1500 into just my 2 15's and 1500 watt amp just to get everything i need to make it right...

you gotta figure in batterys, wires, connectors, box...everything.

5 mj18s shipped will run you atleast close to $600-700 maybe more since 4 18s would be big and heavy. That will only leave you 500 amp AND for box, wires, terminals, batterys, etc. You will probably spend ATLEAST 350 on good box mats, good wiring and a good battery (youll prob need 2 for this actually) That will only leave you with about 150. I run 4 MJs in a daily setup and they did a 148.4 sealed on the dash. They are also only 105 each shipped. They also only weight around 25 lbs each. All ready stated has a 250 alt and dry cell. Prob need one more.
