I found a place near me that offers unlimited classes for $75 a month. theres alot of a$$holes in Baltimore and I wanna be able to properly defend myself without buying a gun/taser/grenades/etc.
Ju Jitzu is a weak style. Absolute crap.Any of u guys here take it or have done it in the past? What did u think of it? Hmm comparing Brazilian Grappling to Japanesse Martial Arts. Kinda hard to compare isnt it? In all honesty though have you been in a street fight that ended with a spinning crescent kick? I havent either but I have ended a fight on the ground.Ju Jitzu is a weak style. Absolute crap.
Shudokan... now thats a real style.
In all honesty though, you arent as tough as you feel when you do ju jitzu

it seems like a few of u guys here had some exceptional training. i'm not looking to become the next Chuck Norris...I just wanna be able to kick every punk's *** that tries to pick a fight with me (of course unless that punk is a professional fighter, just waaayyyy bigger than me or maybe studied at the Shaolin Kempo).I would always encourage someone to learn martial arts. Even if you don't become Chuck Norris, it's a great workout and does wonders for your health. I studied Shaolin Kempo when I was younger. Looking to get back into something. Unfortunately, I had one of the greatests Martial Artists in the world as a sensei, so most of the middle-aged whiteys around here completely fail to stack up.
