Why would i just make this shit up..? Seriously, i have better things to do.. i came here looking for ideas on what i can do, instead i get my *** reamed about makeing a story up.

Ill try and find a link, looked in my won acutions on ebay, not in there, since its cleared every 31 days, this was about 2 1/2 months ago.. Paypal payments are clearned and the complains.. ill look through my old email later.

His user info on paypal if i remember correctly was Bruce Lally, somewhere in miami. He wrote a return addy on the box, it was written real sloppy though and was a po box

Not really... i know i got ripped off, or i wouldnt have posted the thread asking for more ideas on what i can do.. the past 2 1/2 months ive been fileing complaints, talking to paypal and ebay, and doing everything i can think of...

i agree with whoever said call miami police.

call them, let them know what happened and provide as much information as you can.

hopefully they will help instead of giving you some BS about how u should contact ebay/paypal/credit card
