I think I got off track with my settings..help!

I need your help guys. I have a Sony xplod 4060GTX 4 channel amp for the speakers inside my car. I got this amp used......For some reason, I think I got off track with some of the settings and I would like to start fresh. For instance, In order for me to listen to rock, I have to use the MX button my HU for it to sound even remotely good. However, I cannot use the mx button when I have rap on. It also seems to distort a little too early. Can anyone give me settings of where I should start back out at...Then I can make small adjustements from there. Any tips/tricks would be appreciated too.

he is right, the distortion part at least....screw around with them, you'll get something.

You will also have to tell us the adj. settings, i cant read shit on that pic.

Well lets pput it this way. It didn't do it before.....I find the amp to be quite sufficient for my needs. It does what it is supposed to. Anyway, yeah i will post the adjustments. I guess it matters what resolution you got because I can read all the adjustements from the pic.
