Go with 2 tens more cone area. and do not get the better coil.

If you have the room for 2 10's go for it. Output between 2 10's and 1 -12 will be close with a slight edge going to the 10's.

2 10's tuned to 32-35hz will give low output just like any other sub. Your enclosure determines the drivers performance.
