I really nee to know will this handle

You better ****ing belive it will i had one of those amps in my old ride and i blow two compition rockford fosgate 12"s

 
are these the new GTi subs? if so your specs are way off.

second, it will be a perfect match for those subs. if you have two of those wired all in parallel you will get a 1.5Ohm load. since that amp is 1600W@1Ohm, it will be right around 1200-1300W, or 600-650W per sub. a great match.
